FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST– Full-Time – Sunrise and Kolb

Arizona Hearing Specialists has a Front Desk Receptionist opening at our Sunrise and Kolb location! We are seeking a mature team member who desires a career – not someone who just wants a job. This non-supervisory role plays an integral part in administering patient care. The key responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, answering phones, greeting all patients, scheduling and confirming appointments, ensuring all mail and packages are shipped in a timely fashion, and completing data entry tasks efficiently and accurately. This position also requires the ability to build rapport with patients and provide exceptional service worthy of repeat business.

• Must possess an outgoing, friendly demeanor and positive attitude
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Must be proficient in MS Office Suite
• Ability to work in a self-directed environment, independently without supervision
• Ability to stay calm in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruption

• At least 2 years of medical office experience (preferred)
• Bilingual ability (English & Spanish) preferred
