Administrative Assistant

Are you highly organized, dependable, and enjoy being the go-to person who keeps everything on track? We are seeking a proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations, assist leadership, and help create an efficient and professional workplace environment for our client in Chandler, AZ. This is a contract to hire position.

In this role, you'll work closely with office leadership and department managers, providing administrative support, coordinating office needs, managing supplies, organizing documentation, and assisting with special projects. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats.

What You’ll Do Administrative & Office Support
  • Provide administrative support to office leadership and department managers.
  • Manage calendars, scheduling, and general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Prepare, organize, maintain, and update company documents, forms, and procedures.
  • Assist with light reporting, data tracking, and other administrative projects.
Office Operations
  • Order, monitor, and maintain office, kitchen, and breakroom supplies.
  • Coordinate office errands, mail runs, document deliveries, and occasional lunch orders.
  • Ensure common office areas remain organized, stocked, and ready for employees and visitors.
  • Serve as a reliable resource for day-to-day office and administrative needs.
Team & Project Support
  • Assist with employee engagement initiatives, events, and special projects.
  • Support department managers with coordination of meetings, communications, and administrative priorities.
  • Help maintain efficient office processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to support business operations.
Qualifications Required
  • Previous experience in an Administrative Assistant, Office Coordinator, Office Support, Customer Service, Receptionist, or similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Professional demeanor with a customer-service mindset.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional business errands.

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
