- Serve as the primary point of contact between the employer's operations and Condo/Co-Op management companies
- Gather and review all required documentation to ensure project eligibility and compliance with agency and investor guidelines
- Maintain a current knowledge of condo project approval guidelines as defined in the Specialist/Program Matrix
- Communicate effectively with internal operations and production partners, providing transparency on project approval status
- Provide guidance and subject matter expertise to Condo Specialist I and II
- High School Degree or equivalent required
- Minimum of five (5) years' experience working in a similar field
- Previous management experience preferred
- Experience in the mortgage industry preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous experience in project management or coordination
- Familiarity with condo project approval processes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in relevant software and technology tools
