Marx Productions, Inc. is a 25-year full-service audiovisual production company delivering seamless live event experiences nationwide. From corporate meetings and trade shows to concerts and galas, we blend technical excellence with creativity and hustle to make every show flawless.

We’re expanding our operational oversight capacity to support our headquarters in Chandler, AZ, and our operations in Orlando, FL. This role is designed to provide hands-on support to our Operations & Performance leadership team, contributing to performance tracking, process improvement, and overall efficiency across departments.

• Assist with tracking and reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments
• Help maintain performance dashboards and reports for leadership review
• Partner with department leads to set measurable objectives and ensure alignment with company priorities
• Audit processes and provide operational “checks and balances” to ensure goals are met
• Support the creation and updating of standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Assist with overseeing performance review frameworks and professional development plans tied to measurable outcomes
• Provide administrative and project support for process audits and workflow reviews
• Assist with employee onboarding, recruiting logistics, and engagement activities
• Collaborate with Finance on payroll accuracy, labor cost tracking, and ROI analysis
• Ensure compliance with Arizona and Florida employment laws
• Support HR-related functions such as recruiting, onboarding, and employee engagement as needed
• Requires experience with analytics and metrics
• Take on special projects as assigned by the Operations & Performance team lead

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in business operations, performance analysis, or a related field required
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Data Analytics, or related field strongly preferred
• Strong ability to track and interpret KPIs, build dashboards, and deliver insights to leadership
• Proven success in auditing workflows and driving efficiency improvements across departments
• Skilled at creating and enforcing SOPs that support accountability and scalability
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, and data reporting tools required
• Strong working knowledge of compliance requirements (Arizona & Florida laws)
• Must work on-site daily in Chandler, AZ
• Ability to pass a background check is required
