Project Engineering Associate Manager

Position Overview

Project Engineering Associate Manager – JSF F‑35 Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS) Associate Manager at Luke AFB, AZ. This position will interface with ALIS and Mission Planning Environment (MPE) Multi‑Function Analysts and Subject Matter Experts to oversee and manage day‑to‑day technical priorities, operational issues, training, and ensure processes and checklists are properly administered and documented.

• Interface with multiple internal and external customers to address operational needs and ALIS resource allocation.
• Manage L‑code personnel of ALIS Multi‑Function Analysts in this region and report to the Luke ALIS Site Manager.
• Oversee day‑to‑day technical priorities, operational issues, and training for ALIS and MPE functions.
• Ensure processes and checklists are properly administered and documented.

• Prior Leadership experience.
• Secret security clearance (latest reinvestigation within the last six years).
• Proficiency in all MS Office applications.
• Willingness to travel to operational sites, including supporting deployments.
• Ability to obtain and retain DoD IAT Level II certification.

• Prior leadership and people management, including recruitment/retention, selection & training, performance assessment, work assignment, salary, recognition/disciplinary actions, and career development.
• Excellent communication to all levels, including external customers and Lockheed Martin Executives.
• Prior hands‑on knowledge of JSF F‑35 ALIS system, including in‑depth understanding of architecture, design, and deployment plans.
• System integration expertise.
• Ability to collaborate with and integrate multifunctional teams.
• Full software life cycle experience for flight, ground, database, and simulation software development; systems engineering experience on major development program.
• Prior database administration and/or database development experience.
• Certified Security+.
• Demonstrated system administration skill.

This position requires a government security clearance; the applicant must be a US Citizen.
