Our company provides qualified and experienced safety consultants to large-scale projects across the United States. Our clients include large and small companies that need safety professionals on a wide range of sites. Projects vary from semiconductor facilities, solar farms, data centers, high‑rise towers, hospitals, stadiums, and other large-scale projects. Consultants assist in the supervision of construction crews, provide safety reports and audits, guide on OSHA regulations and best practices, and act as liaison between the client and contractors in all EHS‑related matters.

Our professionals provide full‑time in‑field support for subcontractors, general contractors, and owners alike. As consultants, it is our responsibility to provide insight into applicable OSHA standards, review and provide gap analysis for already implemented safety programs and policies, deliver suggested corrective actions and best practices. The support we provide each client may vary from one project to the next but may include audits, investigations, training, and more.

As the liaison between contractor and client and contractor and field personnel, consultants must hold themselves to the utmost professionalism and represent Safe T Professionals and Gallagher Bassett.

Required: OSHA 30, 510, 500 and/or board certifications including CHST, STS-C, CSP, ASP, GSP, etc. Degrees in occupational health and safety or other safety‑related delegations.

Preferred: Electrical experience (NFPA 70E), competency trainings for topics such as excavation/trenching, confined space, working at heights, etc.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
