Job Description

This job is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of large program deliverables which requires engagement across multiple organizations. Key responsibilities include communicating target outcomes, coordinating delivery, resource planning, providing visibility of program health, and managing program risks, compliance and financials. Job expectations include ensuring delivery meets the client’s expectations in terms of the target outcomes, timeline, and cost and facilitating sync points between business and technology leaders and Risk and Compliance partners.

Responsibilities

Employee Engagement & Culture Strategy
  • Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale employee engagement programs, including multi‑week innovation competitions, Code‑a‑thons, Dev Days, Tech Talks, and annual culture events.
  • Plan and execute senior leader interactions such as skip‑levels, listening sessions, site visits, manager connects, and early‑talent engagements.
  • Lead organizational culture initiatives that promote belonging, transparency, and workforce modernization.
  • Manage the distribution and analysis of employee survey results, synthesize themes, read verbatims, and develop action plans in partnership with leaders.
Innovation & Strategic Programs
  • Oversee innovation experiences such as Patent Challenges, Code‑a‑thons, and workforce modernization initiatives that encourage ideation and future‑forward thinking.
  • Host and coordinate technology‑focused events, seminars, and learning experiences, including monthly Tech Talks and strategic capability spotlights.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to design experiences that support cultural priorities, employee learning, and innovation readiness.
Operational Excellence & Governance
  • Manage the recognition and rewards budget, produce monthly reporting, and track engagement impact metrics.
  • Maintain governance routines, adherence to policy, and process consistency across events, communications, and engagement work streams.
  • Prepare executive‑level presentations, leadership updates, and strategic insights for senior forums.
  • Support workforce and workspace management, including workforce analytics, forecasting inputs, and partnering on organizational health routines.
  • Provide coverage for teammates during absences and support various administrative, operational, and SharePoint‑based tasks as needed.
Communications & Partner Engagement
  • Partner with and develop communication strategies and write internal messages, and leadership updates for organization‑wide distribution.
  • Serve as a key connector across teams, promoting alignment, sharing information, and removing obstacles to drive program success.
  • Up‑level storytelling and communication for leadership—turning complex ideas into clear, compelling narratives.
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in employee engagement, program management, business operations, innovation programming, or strategic communications.
  • Proven experience managing large‑scale events or programs from planning through execution.
  • Outstanding organizational and project‑management skills; ability to juggle multiple simultaneous programs and deadlines.
  • Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel and Copilot; able to create executive‑ready presentations, analyze data, and build reporting dashboards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated executive presence.
  • Ability to think creatively, challenge the status quo, and introduce innovative approaches to engagement.
  • Strong relationship‑building skills; able to influence across all levels.
  • High degree of initiative, ownership, and independence.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience supporting a technology or engineering organization.
  • Prior experience with innovation programs, cultural strategy, learning programs, or workforce modernization efforts.
  • Experience developing programs that integrate early talent, leadership engagement, or multi‑site coordination.
  • Ability to build scalable, repeatable processes in a growing or fast‑changing environment
