Job Description & How to Apply Below

At K16 Solutions, we are a Data Technology industry leader dedicated to solving higher education's biggest data challenges. Through our Scaffold Platform, we help institutions migrate, archive, and integrate their core systems seamlessly. As we scale our impact across hundreds of institutions worldwide, we need our internal go-to-market data to be just as clean, unified, and reliable as the solutions we deliver to our university partners.

Role Overview

We are seeking a meticulous and process-driven Revenue Operations Specialist to serve as the operational anchor for our Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in this hybrid role based out of our Phoenix/Scottsdale office, your primary objective will be managing our revenue platform, Maxio, ensuring a frictionless handoff from closed-won deals to accurate SaaS billing life cycles, contract expansions, and revenue recognition.

To support this engine, you will also own the overall health of our CRM, acting as the ultimate guardian of data hygiene. If you love managing complex SaaS billing architecture, auditing pipeline mechanics, and building a bulletproof single source of financial truth, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue Platform Management (Maxio)

  • Deal-to-Cash Handoff: Oversee the translation of closed-won CRM opportunities into active subscription schedules, customer billing profiles, and contract amendments inside Maxio.
  • SaaS Metrics Tracking: Maintain the data accuracy required to track core SaaS unit economics, including Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR Recognition), Net Revenue Retention (NRR), Churn, and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC).
  • Financial Alignment: Partner closely with the CFO and finance stakeholders to reconcile booking discrepancies, sync invoicing timelines, and support accurate monthly revenue reporting.

2. CRM Administration & Data Hygiene

  • Data Integrity: Perform routine audits, deduplication routines, and mass updates to ensure all Account, Contact, Deal, and Lead records reflect verified, real-time information.
  • Pipeline Architecture: Build and enforce required fields, validation rules, automated naming conventions, and stage-gated criteria to standardize how reps interact with the CRM.
  • Tech Stack Management: Manage user provisioning, permissions, and third-party integrations connecting our CRM to marketing automation, sales engagement, and data enrichment tools.

3. Cross-Functional Alignment & Process Optimization

  • Data Integrity: Perform routine audits, deduplication routines, and mass updates to ensure all Account, Contact, Deal, and Lead records reflect verified, real-time information.
  • Workflow Automation: Identify manual bottlenecks across the lead-to-revenue cycle and design automated workflows to increase rep capacity and deal velocity.
  • Team Enablement: Create clear standard operating procedures (SOPs) and train new Account Executives, SDRs, and Success Managers on strict data entry standards.
  • Lead Routing: Maintain and optimize automated lead scoring, routing rules, and round-robin assignments to ensure zero drop-off in inbound follow-ups.
Qualifications & Skills

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Professional

    Experience:

2-4 years of direct experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or SaaS Billing Administration within a B2B environment.
  • Maxio Mastery: Hands-on experience using Maxio (formerly SaaSOptics/Chargify) to manage B2B subscription life cycles, deferred revenue schedules, and recurring billing streams is a major plus.
  • CRM Expertise: Deep administrative experience in modern CRM platforms (Salesforce or Hub Spot), with a proven track record of architecting clean custom objects, properties, and enforcing data validation.
  • Analytical Mindset: Advanced spreadsheet skills (VLOOKUPs, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables) with the ability to build reliable operational dashboards and executive revenue reports.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business-related field is preferred, but proven, hands-on experience architecting CRM data hygiene and managing SaaS subscription life cycles is what we value most.
  • Process Assertiveness: Excellent communication skills and the autonomy required to hold cross functional peers accountable to strict data compliance standards.
  • Base Salary:$75,000 - $85,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
  • High Visibility: Direct reporting access to the CFO and the opportunity to build the internal operational engine for a leading Data Technology platform.
  • Hybrid Flexibility: A collaborative hybrid work environment combining the focus of remote days with the energy of in-person collaboration at our headquarters.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Health, dental, and vision coverage, generous PTO, and a company culture built on autonomy and mutual trust.
