We are seeking a Quality Assurance Technician to join our team. In this role, you will help support our mission by ensuring high-quality execution of daily responsibilities, maintaining accuracy, and contributing to a collaborative environment focused on patient care and continuous improvement.

Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience

- Collect, compile, and maintain statistical quality data to support quality initiatives.
- Prepare quality reports, performance improvement documentation, and maintain employee quality records.
- Support compliance with quality standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Prepare, submit, and review technician validation samples and coordinate third-party laboratory testing.
- Track compounding equipment calibration, maintenance, and documentation to ensure operational readiness.
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline preferred. - 1–2 years of experience in a quality, laboratory, pharmacy, or regulated manufacturing environment preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and basic database systems.
