Senior Manager, Product Strategy

• Own the end to end product strategy for One Pass core products across Medicare and Employer segments.
• Continuously assess market trends, client needs, competitive offerings, and end user behavior to ensure One Pass remains relevant and differentiated.
• Champion the evolution of the One Pass product portfolio to drive competitiveness and long-term growth.
• Define and maintain a clear product vision and multi-year roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Partner closely with Growth and Sales to incorporate market feedback, inform competitive positioning, and support forward-looking product messaging.

• 7+ years of experience leading products, programs, or business portfolios, ideally in healthcare, insurance, or adjacent industries
• Demonstrated ability to own, evolve and deliver on a product roadmap within complex, cross-functional environments
• Experience translating business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and technical artifacts
• Strong business judgment with a track record of making informed, data-driven tradeoff decisions
• Ability to operate effectively at both the strategic tactical levels.
• Experience in healthcare, including health plans, Medicare products, or employer-sponsored benefits
• Experience working in highly regulated environments
• Familiarity with digital consumer products, platforms, or marketplace models
• Experience managing partner driven or benefit-based product offerings
