Typical Responsibilities (Depending on Role)

* Set, align, and finish concrete forms in accordance with plans and specifications

* Perform concrete placement, finishing, and cleanup activities

* Read and interpret concrete and roadway plans, grades, and stringline layouts

* Establish and maintain stringline for curb, gutter, sidewalk, and flatwork

* Supervise and coordinate concrete crews to meet production, quality, and schedule goals

* Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

* Work closely with Superintendents, Project Managers, and other field leadership

* Maintain compliance with company safety policies and OSHA standards

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in heavy civil concrete, roadway, curb and gutter, sidewalk, or flatwork

* Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing techniques, and grade control

* Experience setting and maintaining stringline (for applicable roles)

* Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications

* Strong work ethic with a commitment to safety and quality workmanship

* Valid driver's license (if applicable)
