P6 Scheduler Primavera Intel Construction Project

Overview

Large GC is seeking an experienced P6 Scheduler to support a major Intel construction project. This role is for a true schedule builder, not an update-only scheduler.

The right candidate will be able to independently develop construction schedules from drawings and field input, manage logic across disciplines, and support a fast-paced, high-dollar project environment. This position requires hands-on Primavera P6 expertise and the ability to work proactively with project teams.

Chandler, AZ (Intel Site). Contract only. Work Type:

Large-scale semiconductor / high-tech industrial construction. Schedule Platform:
Primavera P6.

• Build and maintain detailed Primavera P6 schedules for large-scale Intel construction work
• Develop schedules directly from drawings, scopes, and discipline sequencing (structural, mechanical, electrical, architectural, etc.)
• Coordinate with project teams, superintendents, subcontractors, and engineers to validate schedule logic and sequencing
• Perform schedule updates, progress tracking, and weekly reporting (as part of the role, not the whole role)
• Identify schedule risks, constraints, and sequencing conflicts, then recommend solutions
• Support look-ahead planning and recovery schedules when needed
• Manage schedule baselines, milestones, critical path, and float analysis
• Prepare weekly schedule releases, updates, and deliverables required by Intel

• 3+ years of hands-on Primavera P6 scheduling experience in construction
• Proven experience building schedules from scratch, not just maintaining or updating schedules
• Experience scheduling complex industrial construction, high-tech, semiconductor, or large commercial projects
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing across multiple disciplines
• Ability to work independently
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with field and project leadership
• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with schedule deliverables and tracking files

• Intel site experience (Chandler or other Intel locations)
• Experience supporting projects in the $100MM+ range
• Background with Hensel Phelps, DPR, Mortenson, Turner, Whiting-Turner, JE Dunn, Skanska, Kiewit, or other large GCs
• Experience in fast-track environments with frequent design changes
• Familiarity with schedule release processes and owner reporting requirements
