WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO DO WELL

• Lead, manage, and schedule all phases of the construction process on multiple homes with precision and accountability.
• Oversee subcontractors and job sites to ensure exceptional craftsmanship and efficiency.
• Maintain and exceed the high-quality standards and aggressive timelines set by the company.
• Interface with local governing jurisdictions to obtain inspections and approvals seamlessly and professionally.
• Protect Nexstar’s reputation by delivering homes that exceed expectations.

YOU WILL BE AN AWESOME ADDITION TO THE TEAM IF

• You are organized, detail-oriented, and have a sharp eye for quality.
• You take full ownership of your projects and consistently follow through.
• You have a minimum of 3+ years of project management experience building single-family homes, custom homes, or commercial construction projects.
• You act with integrity and build strong, lasting relationships with trade partners and team members.
• You are a self-starter who proactively solves problems and drives projects forward.
• You are excited to work with one of the top homebuilders in the Valley and contribute at a high level.
