Construction Labor / Trades, Heavy Equipment Operator
We are seeking Laborers to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of our construction projects, working with our concrete division.
Responsibilities- Assist with general construction tasks, including loading and unloading materials, digging trenches, and operating hand and power tools
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other construction staff to ensure project success
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in construction practices
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Preferred: experience in construction or related industry
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and working in all weather conditions
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to follow directions and work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to work outdoors in AZ climate
- May work some weekends and evening work
