Senior Cost Manager / Quantity Surveyor - Data Center Construction
Base pay range: $60,000 - $85,000 annually.
Responsibilities- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
- Enter data and manage documents using Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.
- Establish and maintain estimating processes and outputs.
- Manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- 1-2 years of experience in estimating, construction, or a related field.
- Proficient in data entry and document management.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
