Location: Chandler, AZ (Onsite when not traveling)

Travel: 40–50% (short trips, 1-3 days at a time, home by the weekend!)

Salary: $92,000–$135,000 (negotiable) + Quarterly Gain Share Opportunity

Our client is seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead commercial construction and infrastructure projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the field, enjoys coordinating contractors and subcontractors, and can successfully manage project scope, schedules, budgets, materials, and client relationships.

Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple concurrent construction and infrastructure projects from kickoff through closeout.
  • Own project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Lead project execution, including permitting, inspections, commissioning, and final turnover. Manage procurement, material logistics, delivery schedules, and bills of materials (BOMs).
  • Resolve field issues, scope changes, and site challenges while maintaining project timelines. Maintain clear communication with clients and provide regular project updates.
  • Prepare closeout documentation, including as-builts, commissioning reports, and project records.
Qualifications
  • 2-7+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction, electrical construction, MEP, utilities, energy infrastructure, or similar field-based environments.
  • Experience managing contractors, installation schedules, permitting, inspections, and project budgets.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred.
  • PMP certification preferred.

    Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 50%.
Preferred Experience
  • Electrical infrastructure, EV charging, renewable energy, utility, or commercial construction projects. Experience with commissioning, utility coordination, and multi-site project rollouts.
  • Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.
