Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee commercial and industrial mechanical construction projects throughout the Phoenix area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record managing HVAC, piping, plumbing, and mechanical systems from preconstruction through project closeout while delivering projects safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Responsibilities

+ Manage all phases of mechanical construction projects from kickoff through completion.

+ Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.

+ Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams.

+ Review project plans, specifications, contracts, and change orders.

+ Lead procurement of equipment and materials.

+ Monitor labor productivity, project costs, and financial performance.

+ Conduct project meetings and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.

+ Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality expectations, and project specifications.

+ Resolve project challenges while maintaining client satisfaction.

+ Support project closeout, punch list completion, and final documentation.

Qualifications

+ 5+ years of experience managing mechanical construction projects.

+

Experience with commercial, industrial, healthcare, semiconductor, manufacturing, or data center projects preferred.

+ Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, piping, and mechanical systems.

+ Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

+ Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Bluebeam, Procore, or similar construction management software.

+ Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required with equivalent experience.
