Project Coordinators for telecommunication construction projects at our Chandler, AZ
office. The Telecom Project Coordinator will be responsible for meeting project goals promptly and safely with the project team. Theideal candidate must be able to read prints, plan crew schedules, assist with estimating, coordinate scheduling, permitting, documentation, and communicate with customers.

Responsibilities:

• Assists Sr. Project Manager with various tasks.
• Ensures accuracy of timesheets and expense reports
• Monitor project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
• Provide administrative support as needed
• Monitors Quality Assurance and ensures installations meet customer specifications and industry standards.
• Ensures safety practices are observed by all crews during their work
• Reports,coordinates, and supervises all aspects of a project
• May work independently performing site surveys for estimates, proposal preparation, orquality assurance

Requirements&

Qualifications:

• Bachelor'sdegree in business or related field of study.
• Three years in a related field.
• Must have previous experience working with blueprints, and specifications .
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Abilityto work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
