Pay Rate: $56/hr
Overtime:Yes
Per Diem: None - Locals only
Completion Bonus: $150/month
Pay Frequency: Weekly
Schedule: Monday-Friday | Approximately 50 Hours/Week
Additional Schedule Details: Initial schedule is 4:00 AM-3:00 PM.

Join an electrical contractor supporting a large-scale data center construction project in Chandler, Arizona. This opportunity provides hands-on safety oversight for electrical construction activities while supporting one of the most active mission-critical construction markets in the country.

• OSHA 30 Certification
• OSHA 510 Certification
• Experience supporting active construction projects
• Strong field safety presence and hazard recognition skills

• CHST, ASP, CSP, STS-C, or other BCSP Credential
• Data Center Construction Experience
• Electrical Construction Safety Experience
• Experience working within owner-driven safety programs
• Experience conducting audits, inspections, and compliance reviews
• Strong documentation and reporting skills

• Provide daily field safety oversight for electrical construction activities
• Conduct routine safety walks, inspections, and hazard assessments
• Maintain a highly visible presence throughout active work areas
• Monitor electrical installation activities and high-risk work operations
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and project-specific safety requirements
• Support site PPE inventory, distribution, and usage compliance
• Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) and pre-task plans
• Identify unsafe conditions and coordinate timely corrective actions
• Provide field coaching and reinforce safe work practices with craft personnel
• Coordinate safety activities with project management and supervision
• Maintain required safety documentation, inspection records, and compliance reports
• Promote a proactive safety culture throughout the project

Success in this role requires maintaining a strong field presence, proactively identifying hazards, effectively communicating with craft personnel and supervision, conducting consistent safety inspections, and ensuring electrical construction activities are executed safely while supporting overall project goals.
