Position: Cheer Dance Instructor.

Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Cheer Dance Instructor located in Chandler AZ. The Cheer Dance Instructor will be responsible for planning, organizing, and leading cheer and dance practices, classes, and performances. Day-to-day tasks include developing choreography, creating performance routines, instructing students in cheerleading and dance techniques, and fostering an environment that promotes teamwork and confidence. The instructor will also support students in preparing for competitions and events, while ensuring safety and proper form during training.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Dance Instruction and Dance techniques, with a solid foundation in cheerleading choreographing routines
  • Experience in Dance Education and Teaching, with the ability to guide students of different skill levels
  • Knowledge of Cheerleading and Music to create synchronized and dynamic competion performances
  • Strong communication, motivational, and organizational skills
  • Ability to inspire and foster a positive and inclusive environment for team-building and student growth
  • Prior experience with competitive cheerleading or dance teams is a plus
  • Certification or degree in Dance, Education, or related field preferred
