We're looking for a Video Editor to take raw clips filmed at partner businesses and turn them into polished, professional-style spotlight videos and commercials. This is a hands-on production role — you'll own the process from raw footage to finished, publish-ready video, working closely with our PR and Marketing Director.
What You'll Do- Take a batch of raw clips from a business shoot and edit them into a complete, cohesive business spotlight video
- Build out full narrative structure: pacing, sequencing, and story flow that keeps viewers engaged
- Record or integrate voiceover, syncing narration cleanly with visuals
- Create smooth, professional transitions and motion graphics elements
- Color correct/grade footage for a consistent, polished look across videos
- Add captions, titles, lower thirds, and sound design (music, SFX) as needed
- Edit content for multiple formats — social videos and commercial-style spots
- Maintain a consistent visual and tonal brand across all video output
- Manage multiple video projects in progress at once and hit delivery deadlines
- Expert-level video editing skills
, with a professional, polished style (not just fast-paced social cuts) - Strong storytelling instinct — able to shape raw, unscripted footage into a compelling narrative
- Experience with voiceover recording/syncing and audio mixing
- Skilled with transitions, motion graphics, and color gradingli>
- Proficiency in professional editing software (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
- A portfolio or reel demonstrating business/brand spotlight-style videos or commercial work (

) - Self-starter who can take a folder of raw clips and run with minimal direction
