A credit union in Chandler is seeking an Account Resolution Specialist responsible for managing delinquent accounts while balancing member satisfaction. The role involves contacting members via phone and email to solicit payments, document interactions, and provide exceptional service. Successful candidates should possess a high school diploma, relevant experience, and be proficient in MS Office. This position requires manual dexterity and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week with possible overtime.
