Arizona Dance Studio – Chandler, AZ

3-4 evenings per week | 3:30 PM – 9:15 PM

Arizona Dance Studio, located in Chandler, Arizona, is a thriving, family-focused studio that has been building confident dancers for over 10 years. We pride ourselves on creating a warm and welcoming environment for dancers of all ages and their families.

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and enthusiastic Customer Service & Enrollment Representative to be the first smile families see when they walk through our doors! This key role supports front desk operations and ensures new and returning families feel supported, informed, and welcomed.

• Greet all customers with a warm welcome when they arrive and thank them as they leave
• Assist new families in enrolling in classes and help find the perfect fit for their dancer
• Answer questions from current families and guide them through schedules, accounts, or class options
• Process payments for tuition, fees, and merchandise
• Perform light cleaning tasks to maintain a clean and safe studio environment
• Collaborate with the studio team to ensure a smooth and professional front desk experience

• Friendly, professional, and approachable
• Strong communication and people skills
• Organized and dependable with great attention to detail
• Able to multitask in a busy environment
• Basic computer and point-of-sale experience is a plus
• Previous experience in customer service or working with families is helpful but not required

• Evening shifts from 3:30 PM – 9:15 PM
• 3-4 days per week
• Flexibility to cover occasional weekends or special events is a plus
