About the Role

We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team in Chandler, Arizona, supporting key global accounts. This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering a strong client experience in a high-tech manufacturing support environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with both new and established clients
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
  • Accurately enter and manage customer orders within internal systems
  • Ensure a high standard of service across every customer interaction
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to resolve issues and keep orders moving efficiently
  • Handle tasks such as order processing, tracking, inventory updates, and data entry across multiple systems
  • Prepare and share reports, ensuring clear communication with customers
  • Monitor timelines and provide updates to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate closely with warehouse personnel for standard and expedited orders, including special handling requests
  • Identify service risks or process gaps and escalated concerns when needed
  • Gain familiarity with product lines, applications, and customer environments
  • Provide support to client-facing team members to help maintain service excellence
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a customer support, account management, or similar role
  • Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Ability to understand and respond effectively to customer needs
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience using business systems such as ERP or warehouse management platforms
  • Familiarity with SAP is a plus
  • Background working with technical, industrial, automotive, or spare parts is advantageous
