Location: Chandler, AZ
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Pay Rate: $16.00/hour

Position SummaryWe are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to support customer order processing and sales operations within a fast‑paced aerospace environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service and administrative experience who is highly organized, detail‑oriented, and enjoys working with order management and cross‑functional teams.
Responsibilities- Process customer orders, quotes, and related documentation.
- Review purchase orders for accuracy and enter data into company systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries and assist with order and delivery updates.
- Monitor open orders and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

- Support the Sales team in achieving customer satisfaction and on‑time delivery goals.
- 1–2 years of customer service, administrative, or order entry experience.
- Strong data entry and Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle high‑volume work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Associate degree or experience in a business‑related field is a plus.
- Associate degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Experience supporting International Trade or Logistics teams.
