** Responsibilities for a Customer Service Representative include but are not limited to:*
* + Provide clients and internal business partners with clear, complete, and accurate responses to questions and inquiries at the point of contact.

+ Deliver exceptional customer service and operational support while handling a high volume of inbound calls in a fast-paced call center environment.

+ Accurately authenticate clients, follow established policies and procedures, identify potential risks, and escalate issues as needed.

+ Navigate multiple systems and applications simultaneously to research accounts, resolve customer concerns, and document interactions effectively.

** Candidates for Customer Service Representative must meet the following requirements to be considered:*
* + Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or high-volume customer-facing environment.

+ Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint, including the ability to navigate multiple systems while maintaining customer engagement.

+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong grammar, and the ability to professionally interact with clients, peers, and management.

+ Demonstrated ability to de-escalate difficult situations, maintain confidentiality, adapt to changing priorities, and perform well under pressure.

9:00 AM - 5:30 PM Eastern Time; schedule may vary after training)

* + Comprehensive classroom-style training conducted by experienced trainers.

+ Representatives can expect to handle approximately 40-60 calls per day once fully trained and onboarded.

** Pay Details:**  $21.00 per hour
