Western State Bank is seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to deliver a superior, solution-focused customer experience across in-branch and digital channels. You will represent the bank's values, handle routine transactions, and help customers with referrals and basic requests.
The role is part-time (25 hours per week) with shifts typically from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday. Prior cash handling experience is preferred, and sponsorship is not offered for visas.
