Job Title: Customer Resolution Specialist

Location: Chandler, AZ (Onsite)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Compensation: $20-22/hour

• Receive, track, and manage incoming customer complaints across multiple channels
• Investigate complaints by gathering information from loan officers, clients, and internal systems
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all complaints and resolutions
• Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner to resolve concerns
• Partner with sales leadership and internal teams to ensure proper follow-up and accountability
• Identify trends or recurring issues and elevate insights to leadership
• Ensure all resolutions align with company policies and compliance standards

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases at once
• High attention to detail and strong documentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to stay calm, professional, and solution-focused in challenging situations
• Experience in customer service, complaint resolution, or mortgage/financial services is a plus
