Position Overview We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support consumers with Health Savings Accounts (HSAs) offered through employer-sponsored benefit plans. This role will assist customers with account-related questions, provide clear and accurate information, and help resolve a variety of account and card-related inquiries. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and customer service skills, be comfortable working in a structured, high-volume environment, and demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities Provide professional and courteous customer service to consumers regarding Health Savings Accounts. Assist customers with a variety of account-related inquiries and requests. Support customers with claims, debit card orders, password resets, and account access. Assist with suspending or replacing lost or stolen debit cards. Help customers locate account statements and other relevant account information. Clearly explain account information, procedures, and available options to customers.

Accurately document customer interactions and maintain appropriate records. Follow established policies, procedures, and security requirements when handling customer information. Escalate complex issues when appropriate and ensure customers receive accurate resolutions. Maintain professionalism and a positive customer-focused approach in a fast-paced environment. Benefits:
