Customer Service Specialist
Randstad is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to manage consumer banking cases from start to finish. In this role, you will serve as the primary owner for customer inquiries and complaints delivering a seamless, relationship-focused resolution experience. Qualifications include 3–4+ years in financial services with direct client contact and banking operations knowledge. Additionally, 1+ year in processing and end-to-end pipeline/case management.
Analytical, de-escalation skills are required.
