Our client, a global leader in critical environmental solutions, is seeking an Order Management Specialist to support customers in industries such as semiconductors, life sciences, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and advanced manufacturing.

Location:

Chandler, AZ

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM Salary: $50,000-$60,000

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders, purchase orders, and order status updates.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service.
• Coordinate with internal teams and warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor inventory, lead times, and reporting activities.
• Resolve order issues and escalate concerns as needed.
• Maintain accurate customer and order data in ERP/inventory systems.
• Prepare and distribute customer and operational reports.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service, order management, inside sales support, or a related role.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems is a must.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• SAP experience highly preferred.
• Experience supporting industrial, automotive, mechanical, technical, or spare-parts products is a plus.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and customer focused.
