Order Management Specialist

Our client, a global leader in critical environmental solutions, is seeking an Order Management Specialist to support customers in industries such as semiconductors, life sciences, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and advanced manufacturing.

Location:

Chandler, AZ

Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-4:00 PM

Salary: $50,000-$60,000

Responsibilities

-    Manage customer orders, purchase orders, and order status updates.

-    Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.

-    Build strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional service.

-    Coordinate with internal teams and warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.

-    Monitor inventory, lead times, and reporting activities.

-    Resolve order issues and escalate concerns as needed.

-    Maintain accurate customer and order data in ERP/inventory systems.

-    Prepare and distribute customer and operational reports.

Qualifications

-    2+ years of experience in customer service, order management, inside sales support, or a related role.

-    Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

-    Experience working with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems is a must.

-    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

-    SAP experience highly preferred.

-    Experience supporting industrial, automotive, mechanical, technical, or spare-parts products is a plus.

-    Detail-oriented, adaptable, and customer focused.
