• Sterilize and disinfect orthodontic instruments and equipment according to OSHA and CDC guidelines
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of sterilization and clinical areas
• Monitor and log sterilization cycles and equipment performance
• Assist clinical staff with instrument setup and breakdown
• Ensure proper handling and disposal of biohazard materials
• Maintain inventory of sterilization supplies

• Previous dental or orthodontic experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate)
• Knowledge of infection control procedures is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
