Responsibilities

  • Translate concepts into clear technical documentation using Revit and visualization tools
  • Develop practical, technically sound design solutions aligned with project goals and client needs
  • Support site planning, entitlements, and approvals with civil and consultant teams
  • Direct and develop construction documents from schematic design through construction administration including plans, sections, elevations, & details
  • Evaluate materials options, and coordinate with consultant teams
  • Coordinate architectural documentation, including technical reviews, detailing, redlines, and interdisciplinary coordination
  • Mentor architectural team members and promote collaboration, accountability, and growth
  • Support code analysis, material evaluations, specification coordination, and technical research
  • Support bidding and construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, and field observations
  • Clearly communicate technical and design solutions through presentations and stakeholder coordination
  • Maintain technical quality, documentation accuracy, and constructability across all project phases
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in architecture and design, including 5+ years’ design experience focused on Advanced Manufacturing projects
  • Advanced Revit proficiency required
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, preferred
  • Experience with InDesign, Photoshop, Enscape, SketchUP, and other rendering tools a plus.
  • Excellent graphics, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding of building codes, construction systems, and the permitting process
  • Strong understanding of project documentation, technical detailing, and construction administration processes
  • Experience assisting with construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, and field observations
  • Ability to mentor teams and build collaborative working relationships
  • Highly organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and effective in deadline-driven environments
