Responsibilities
- Translate concepts into clear technical documentation using Revit and visualization tools
- Develop practical, technically sound design solutions aligned with project goals and client needs
- Support site planning, entitlements, and approvals with civil and consultant teams
- Direct and develop construction documents from schematic design through construction administration including plans, sections, elevations, & details
- Evaluate materials options, and coordinate with consultant teams
- Coordinate architectural documentation, including technical reviews, detailing, redlines, and interdisciplinary coordination
- Mentor architectural team members and promote collaboration, accountability, and growth
- Support code analysis, material evaluations, specification coordination, and technical research
- Support bidding and construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, and field observations
- Clearly communicate technical and design solutions through presentations and stakeholder coordination
- Maintain technical quality, documentation accuracy, and constructability across all project phases
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture or related field
- 10+ years of experience in architecture and design, including 5+ years’ design experience focused on Advanced Manufacturing projects
- Advanced Revit proficiency required
- Familiarity with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite, preferred
- Experience with InDesign, Photoshop, Enscape, SketchUP, and other rendering tools a plus.
- Excellent graphics, written, and verbal communication skills
- Understanding of building codes, construction systems, and the permitting process
- Strong understanding of project documentation, technical detailing, and construction administration processes
- Experience assisting with construction administration, including RFIs, submittals, and field observations
- Ability to mentor teams and build collaborative working relationships
- Highly organized, adaptable, detail-oriented, and effective in deadline-driven environments
