VDC Operator ON-SITE Chandler AZ

Location:

United States, Arizona, Chandler (On-site in Chandler, AZ). Minimum salary: $24.00 per year. Maximum salary: $34.00 per year.

The VDC Operator is responsible for all aspects of BIM projects.

• Take a project from start to finish: design, model, and coordinate the system.
• Oversee and track installation progress per the model and complete full as‑built deliverables.
• Meet with clients (existing and potential), contractors, and other project staff.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

• 4-5 years minimum of Revit experience and low‑voltage experience.
• High School diploma or GED equivalency;
  Associate's Degree preferred.
• At least one year of professional experience as a BIM coordinator, detailer or modeler.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit; experience with Visio and Navisworks is a plus.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and other project documents with high accuracy.
• Strong problem‑solving, critical‑thinking, written and oral communication skills.
• Must meet company minimum driving standards.

• Work at heights, off a ladder, and in confined spaces.
• Self‑motivated, professional, and able to promote company culture and mission.
