Project Overview

Fab 62 is an advanced semiconductor fabrication facility for Intel Corporation, located at Intel's Ocotillo campus in Chandler, Arizona. As part of this work, the M&T team is responsible for delivering the engineering, procurement, and construction scope required to complete and finish-out a leading-edge chipmaking facility — a highly demanding environment where precision, cleanliness, schedule certainty, and coordination across thousands of craft and professional personnel are essential to success.

The project supports the continued expansion of domestic semiconductor manufacturing capacity, contributing to a more resilient technology supply chain while creating significant opportunity for the local Arizona workforce. Bechtel is seeking a qualified Revit Modeler to join our Chandler, AZ office. In this role, you will help develop and coordinate project documentation while working closely with experienced multidisciplinary teams through each phase of project execution. Experience with semiconductor fabrication facilities, data centres, or other industrial project environments is highly valued. • Develop and maintain Revit models, drawings, details, and related project documentation in support of architectural deliverables
• Prepare and coordinate detailed phases of architectural work, including drawings, details, and specifications, using independent judgment to adapt and modify design information as needed
• Analyze design challenges with conflicting requirements, sketch potential solutions, and support the development of practical, coordinated outcomes
• Evaluate and report on unconventional materials, techniques, and difficult coordination requirements as they relate to project documentation and constructability
• Coordinate architectural work with engineering disciplines, specialty groups, clients, vendors, contractors, construction teams, and other functional groups
• Review drawings and model content for quality, accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project standards
• When delegated, provide task-specific guidance to architectural personnel or project subgroups.

• Requires a Bachelor of Architecture degree with 2-8 years of relevant work experience

• Perform model coordination and clash reviews between architectural elements and structural, mechanical, and other building services
• Develop and maintain custom Revit families to support project-specific modeling, documentation, and coordination needs
• Demonstrated experience producing architectural drawings and documentation using Revit
• Basic understanding of construction methods, building components, and interdisciplinary coordination requirements
• Experience with Dynamo for Revit to improve modeling efficiency, automation, and data management is preferred
• Familiarity with AI agent development or applied AI tools for design, documentation, or workflow automation
• Ability to manage assigned tasks, support schedule commitments, and maintain quality standards
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
