Experience Design Specialist

We are seeking an Experience Design Specialist for a contingent position. This role involves consulting on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for experience design. The specialist will engage in areas such as content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for experience design.
• Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term experience design challenges.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of function, policies, and procedures.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel to meet deliverables.
• Evaluate multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors, in design challenges.

Required Qualifications

Experience:

5+ years of experience design, content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.

Technical

Skills:

Proficiency with standard office software such as Word.
