We are seeking a full-time OBGYN to join a private practice that is expanding across sixteen offices around Arizona. This group emphasizes provider and patient well-being, offering strong staffing support and a collaborative, rewarding environment with resources to support high-quality care. They operate with a philosophy of Appreciation, Inspiration, and Accountability and aim to add another OBGYN to their tenured team.

• Established practice with 40 years of reputation across several Arizona communities.
• Provide comprehensive care including prenatal care, cesarean delivery, pap smears and other routine annual exams, using the latest technology. Robotics available at certain locations.
• Base salary starts at $400K and increases year over year.
• Loan Repayment Program, Resident Stipend and Visa Sponsorship available

• Relocation assistance
• Great support staff — Never work late, never chart at home
• Flexible Schedules, 4-5 days per week
• 7th year employees earn 6 weeks sabbatical

While there are positions available in several clinics throughout Phoenix, the most urgent need is in Show Low, AZ. Show Low is a quiet, safe community a few hours northeast of Phoenix. This ski-resort town offers parks, trails, skiing, and warm summers with comfortable winters.

• Plenty of restaurants to support tourist and recreational attractions
• Opportunity to own land or cabins/vacation homes

• 3 hours to Phoenix, 4 hours to Albuquerque
