Tutoring, Online Teaching, Teacher Assistant/ Paraprofessional, Education Administration
This position is designed for individuals who excel at energizing and supporting students—without the responsibility of lesson planning, grading, or academic instruction.
Unbound Academy operates a fully virtual, tuition-free charter school model where students advance rapidly through academic content using AI-driven tools, then participate in live, interactive workshops centered on life skills, teamwork, and personal development. Your function is to ensure these sessions feel engaging and operate seamlessly for every student.
You will serve as the operational backbone of the daily experience. Your responsibilities include facilitating transitions, guiding small groups, maintaining high energy, and offering support when students need motivation or direction. Content delivery is not part of your role—but the student experience depends on your presence.
If you have a background leading youth in camps, after-school settings, athletics, tutoring, or community organizations—and the idea of a hybrid position combining virtual facilitation with in-person collaboration appeals to you—this is an opportunity to make school feel connected and human again.
What You Will Be Doing- Facilitating live virtual workshop sessions by overseeing breakout rooms, managing transitions, adjusting pacing, and maintaining group momentum

- Ensuring students feel engaged, supported, and socially connected throughout their learning day
- Providing operational support to lead educators by handling behind-the-scenes logistics that enable smooth session delivery
- Serving as a reliable, approachable presence within student clubs and life-skills programming
- Delivering academic instruction or teaching subject-area content
- Developing lesson plans, evaluating student work, or conducting academic assessments
- Building curriculum or facilitating workshops without lead educator oversight
- Operating in a passive or observational capacity—this role demands active, consistent energy
