  • Own the training roadmap for onboarding, skills development, cross-training, upskilling, and recertification across production and non-production roles.
  • Lead training needs assessments, workforce capability planning, and curriculum modernization to maintain a current and effective training catalogue.

Catalogue Development & Learning Governance:

  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve a structured, scalable training catalogue that supports employee efficiency, talent development, and regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular program reviews and update training content to ensure accuracy, relevance, and alignment with internal standards and external regulations.

  • Establish clear expectations, training delivery standards, and performance metrics.
  • Foster a culture of coaching, accountability, and continuous improvement within the Training team.

Training Operations & Execution:

  • Oversee the delivery of instructor-led, OJT, and blended learning programs.
  • Ensure training materials, job aids, and standard work instructions are accurate, current, and easy to use.
  • Maintain audit-ready training records and documentation in accordance with AS9100 and customer requirements.
  • Partner with Production and department leaders to schedule training in alignment with staffing, throughput, and operational priorities.

Quality, Safety & Compliance Integration:

  • Collaborate with Quality to address training- or skill-related root causes of defects, escapes, or corrective action requests (CARs).
  • Ensure safety training is delivered, documented, and reinforced consistently.
  • Monitor training-related quality and safety trends and implement corrective or preventive actions as needed.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

  • Use data to identify training gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement modern learning methods such as digital learning, simulations, structured OJT, and LMS-enabled training experiences.
  • Drive standardization of training content and delivery across shifts, departments, and locations.

Cross-Functional & External Partnerships:

  • Partner with Operations, Quality, HR, Engineering, and other functional leaders to align training to business needs.
  • Ensure Ralliant training solutions are available and effective for non-production staff, including administrative, leadership, and technical roles.
  • Establish and maintain partnerships with local institutions and workforce organizations to strengthen talent pipelines, create training pathways, and enhance community engagement.
  • Support new product introductions (NPI) with training plans, readiness assessments, and competency alignment.
  • Represent the company during audits and customer reviews as the subject matter expert for training programs and capabilities.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in precision manufacturing or a similarly regulated environment.
  • 2+ years leading training, production, or quality teams.
  • Demonstrated experience designing and managing structured training catalogues or enterprise learning ecosystems.
