Role Overview

As an RN Educator for the Women's and Infants Service Line, you will develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based educational programs, orientations, and ongoing training for Postpartum and NICU staff across multiple campuses.

As an RN Educator for the Women's and Infants Service Line, you will develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based educational programs, orientations, and ongoing training for Postpartum and NICU staff across multiple campuses.

• Facilitate staff professional growth, skill development, and competency enhancement aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct educational needs assessments and collaborate with department leaders to identify competency requirements.
• Design and document education plans, utilizing adult learning principles and innovative instructional methods, including technology and simulation.
• Develop curricula, deliver in-services, classes, and courses, and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Maintain documentation such as attendance, evaluations, and competency validation.

• BSN and a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in the specialty area.
• Experience with Windows, Word, spreadsheets, databases, and graphics applications.
• Current RN licensure and BLS certification.
• Preferred:
  Specialty certification, master's degree, and teaching experience.

• Strong instructional design, clinical expertise, and ability to engage healthcare professionals to improve patient care standards.
