The Austin Centers for Exceptional Students is seeking a Therapeutic Support Staff (TSS) for the Phoenix West ACES. This role will implement IEP-based methods to assist students in achieving goals, developing coping strategies, and supporting a positive learning environment.
Training in CPI and CPR is provided, with emphasis on safety and respectful student care. Responsibilities include supporting instructional activities, supervising students, and helping with crisis de-escalation when needed.
