The Student Service Analyst provides leadership and program coordination for the Academic Advising and Career Services department. Acts a content expert in academic advisement and student support for students pursuing a Bachelor Science in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Works collaboratively with program faculty, Field of Interest advisors, and Student Affairs administrators. The position engages in proactive case management, is responsible for monitoring student progress and completion, and coordinates student resources & referrals as needed.
This position may lead a Field of Interest or other assigned cohort team and monitor team performance, duties, and/or schedules as well as perform problem resolution and program management and evaluation.

- Student Case Management and Academic Advising Provides professional-level, end-to-end academic advising and case management of students for the Bachelor of Science in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning program. Supports student learning, persistence, retention, and degree completion through proactive outreach, individualized academic plans, and case management practices. Conducts one-on-one and group advising sessions focused on goal-setting, academic planning, transfer pathways, and student success strategies.
