Field Service Engineer ; Non-Exempt

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to provide on‑site technical support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for our advanced metrology and inspection tools. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in semiconductor technology and customer service.

• Provide on‑site professional technical support and troubleshooting.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and calibration of metrology equipment.
• Develop innovative solutions to customer challenges and ensure optimal tool performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams (product, engineering, marketing) to address customer needs and feedback.
• Manage and resolve quality issues, including submitting DOA or RMA as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions.
• Travel up to 75% to customer sites to provide support and training.

• Bachelor degree or above, majored in Mechanical/Engineering/Automation/Mechatronics or related.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Familiar with PCs and have a strong troubleshooting background.
• Ability to travel up to 20% domestically and internationally and possess a current Visa or entry permission.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Hard working with team spirit.
• Experience in semiconductor or medical industries equipment maintenance or repair is a plus.
• Must be able to meet customer site access requirements such as background checks, safety training, and cleanroom access (gowning and breathing apparatus).

• Base Salary Range: $71,360.00 – $ (offered in good faith based on experience, location, and qualifications).
