A leading aerospace company in Chandler, AZ is seeking a Hardware-in-the-Loop (HWIL) Systems Engineer Lead. The role involves leading the HWIL activities from requirements definition to real-time test execution. Candidates should have extensive experience in technical leadership, system integration, and be proficient in C/C++/Java. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required along with the ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance.

A competitive salary range of $152,900 to $229,300 is offered.
