- Production & Supply Chain Management: Oversee the manufacturing lifecycle of DC fast chargers and battery management systems. Manage relationships with component suppliers to ensure timely delivery and cost‑efficiency.
- Deployment & Field Operations: Coordinate the installation and commissioning of charging infrastructure at high‑stakes locations like major airports and distribution centers.
- Service & Maintenance Oversight: Manage the technical support team and third‑party maintenance contractors to ensure maximum uptime for the charging network, adhering to strict SLAs.
- Process Optimization: Implement Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to streamline internal workflows, from initial order entry to final site acceptance.
- Cross‑Functional
Collaboration:
Serve as the linchpin between the Engineering team (R&D) and the Business Development team to ensure customer requirements are translated into operational reality. - Regulatory & Safety Compliance: Ensure all operations meet OSHA standards and electrical codes (NEC/UL). Skills & Qualifications
