Requirements

• Design and validate manufacturing processes being transferred to a new location.
• Specify precise product functional requirements.
• Design, test, and integrate manufacturing processes and fixtures.
• Evaluate process effectiveness, cost, reliability, and safety.
• Design, develop, and execute process validation plans.
• Create and review material part specifications and bills of materials.
• Collaborate with internal manufacturing partners, contract manufacturers, and designers to optimize designs for manufacturability.
• Utilize CAD (Computer Aided Design) or CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) systems to review and modify existing engineering drawings.
• Own a product line end-to-end.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and apply professional judgment based on practice and previous experience.
• Travel approximately 25% to Florida (flexibility required).
• Support transfer activities from Lakeland to Chandler.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• Validation experience.
• Equipment manufacturing background.
• University degree or equivalent practical knowledge gained through experience.
• Understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline.
• Ability to make judgments based on practice and previous experience.
• Typically requires a degree or equivalent and no experience.
