* Job Description:

**## We are seeking a Product Engineer for Microchip's dsPIC microcontroller division (dsPIC) at our headquarters in Chandler, Arizona.

Duties include:

* ## Leading new product development teams* ## Creating, maintaining and communicating project schedules* ## Leading technical discussions and debug sessions* ## Interfacing with team, supervisor and management on project status and product health.## ## Job will also include mentoring junior engineers and project teammates## The ideal candidate will think critically and strategically, be influencing, and have strong problem solving and technical skills.
** Requirements/

Qualifications:

*** ## BSEE with 2-3 years of industry experience (or equivalent)* ## Expertise in MS Project and other Microsoft applications* ## Knowledge of microcontroller architectures and new product development flow* ## Project management skills* ## Problem solving and critical thinking skills* ## Device physics and qualification knowledge* ## Strong communication, leadership and organization skills

The annual base salary range for this position, which could be performed in the US, is $70,304 - $143,000.  Range is dependent on numerous factors including job location, skills and experience.
