This position is responsible for ensuring that equipment is properly maintained and operated efficiently. This position is also responsible for commissioning, installation, and developing standards/training for new equipment.
Essential Functions:
* Oversees contractors to ensure safety and accuracy of work
* Coordinates the identification and procurement of new equipment. Obtains specifications and design information of new equipment
* Identifies and implements options for equipment retrofits and repairs
* Collaborates with cross functional teams for process improvement initiatives
* Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. May consider equivalent work experience in lieu of degree.
* 4+ years of relevant experience.
* Experience with manufacturing and/or operations equipment.
