In this role, you will support material planning and/or material coordination for a small to medium project site as directed by a Supervisor. Coordination activities will include reporting of material work package statuses for installation. Your efforts will support adequate and accurate materials and equipment at the jobsite.

Major Responsibilities:Material Coordination
- Performs material coordination activities at a jobsite under Supervision within material discipline of responsibility to ensure the accurate reporting of material and equipment work package statuses for installation
- Monitors planned inventory control mechanisms, such as min-max and bag-and-tag and uses Digital Supply Chain tools as directed by Supervisor
- Coordinates material availability in support of design revisions, rework, contingency or work-around plans
- Coordinates with warehouse personnel for materials to be issued direct to the installation area, as opposed to being controlled in storage
- Prepares reports as directed by Supervisor
Material Planning
- Performs planning activities as directed by Supervisor
- Coordinates material planning activities for a material discipline area of responsibility
- Monitors Engineering and Supply Chain deliverable schedules to meet the construction schedule
- Requires bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 2-5 years of relevant experience
Skills:
- Knowledge of procurement operations related to the management of materials at area, regional, temporary and jobsite office locations.
- Knowledge in Field Engineering and Construction activities, and knowledge of Standard Work Process Procedures related to materials management functions.
- Knowledge of Engineering disciplines, the work process and the deliverables produced.
- Prior experience in EPC projects, which include Engineering, Procurement, and materials control activities.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Access skills preferred.
